Reading Expo – Business Card Draw Terms & Conditions
1) Promoter’s name and address

2) How to participate
In order to enter this prize draw, place your business card into our business card draw box at the Reading Business Expo on the 25th February 2020.
The contact information for each entrant will be taken from the business card that is entered into the business card draw.
Business cards which are incomplete or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into this business card draw.
You may only submit one entry to this business card draw.
3) Start date
This promotion will start on 25th February 2020 at 10am.
4) Closing date
The closing date for this promotion will be 25th February 2020 at 3pm.
5) Selection of the winner
One winner will be selected from the qualifying entries.
The winner of the prize draw will be the entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that you may be required to be used in publicity if you are selected as a winner.
The prize is as follows: £50 Amazon.co.uk eGift Voucher.
There is no alternative prize.
The prize is non-transferable.
7) Restrictions and requirements
Employees and clients of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.
8) Notification of the results and receipt of the prize
The promoter will notify the winner by e-mail on or before 28th February 2020.
The winner will receive their eGift Voucher via email to the email address specified on their business card. This will be within 14 days of the prize winner notification email.
9.1) The name of the winner will be published at https://vipit.com/reading-expo-business-card-draw for 30 days after the closing date.
9.2) Once you have submitted an entry, you acknowledge that the copyright in your entry will be owned by the promoter.
9.3) Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud.
9.4) These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
